Barcelona has some amazing parks, this one is quite high and next to the Bunkers del Carmel. Most people will go to the bunkers to watch the sunset but it will probably be really crowded. Instead you can watch the sunset from the park, it has amazing views as well and it will be less crowded. plus you can do a hike if you want.
