While working and living in Barcelona I study a lot from cafes. I love working in a cafe, the background noises, watching people in the meantime and of course good coffee.
I made a list of my favorite cafes, so keep on reading if you are looking for in my opinion the best ones.
Farggi Cafe
This cafe you can find in the middle of the shopping area at Passeig de Gracia 2. I liked the food here, and there is a lot of space. Because of the location it is easy accessible.
Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 07:00 to 23:00, Friday / Saturday from 07:00 to 00:00
Camelia Art Cafe
You can find Camilia Art Cafe near Sagrada Familia, it has in my opinion one of the best coffees I tried in Barcelona. You can either sit inside or outside, but keep in mind that this cafe is quite small. Although I noticed that on weekdays it isn’t that crowded. The address is: Carrer de Padilla 264.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 20:00, Saturday / Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00.
Hidden Coffee Roasters
This cafe you can find in the neighborhood El Born at Carrer dels Canvis Vells 10. It is also a small place, but the coffee is soooo good. So even though you might not be able to find a seat, the coffee is worth checking it out anyways.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday / Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00.
Starbucks Jaume
I know it isn’t everyone’s favorite, but I am going to add it anyways. Because I like the location and there is enough space. So this Starbucks is in Barrio Gotico, and if you work from the top floor you have a nice view of the placa de sant Jaume. The location: Pl. de Sant Jaume 3.
Opening hours: Monday / Friday from 07:30 to 21:30 and Saturday / Sunday from 08:30 to 21:30
Starbucks El Born
This Starbucks is also a favorite of mine, because it is really big. There is enough space, and the location is easy accessible.
The address is: Via Laietana 32. They are open from Monday to Friday 07:30 to 22:00 and Saturday / Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00.
Lulu & Flyn
This one is located in El Born, and one of my favorites for either work or going out for brunch. I love the location and the food + coffee is so good! They also have the option to sit outside.
Lulu & Flyn are open every day from 09:00 to 16:00. The address is: Av. del Marqués de l’Argentera 7.
