Reading is one of my favorite things to do in my free time, therefore I spend a lot of my free time searching for new books in Barcelona. For the ones sharing the same hobby, here is a list of my favorite bookstores for either second hand books or new books.
Re-Read Librería
In Barcelona they have a lot of different locations, my favorites are: Carrer de Mallorca 489 and Passeig de sant Joan 152. The name already says it, these are second hand books. Here you’ll find books in Catalan, Spanish, a small section of English and other languages. They have special prices: 1 book is 4 euros, 2 books are 6 euros and 5 books are 12 euros.
Libreria Anglesa Come in
Like you maybe already read in the name, this bookstore has only English books. It is one of my favorite stores because they have such a big collection. You can pretty much find everything here!
Casa del Libre
Casa del Libre has also more locations in Barcelona, my favorites are: Passeig de Gracia 62 and Rambla de Catalunya 37. Here you can find Catalan, Spanish and a small section of English books.
Libreria La Central del MUHBA
This bookstore has a beautiful location in the center of Ciutat Vella. Here you can find books in Spanish, Catalan and a small section of English.
