How to prepare
Hola! For a very long time I wanted to move to Spain, to be more specific, I wanted to live in Barcelona. A few months ago this finally happened. On 21st of July I moved to Barcelona 🙂
While trying to arrange everything to be able to live and work in Spain I found out that I couldn’t find the information that I needed on the internet. Or just pieces, but for me it wasn’t clear enough. So I decided that I want to share my journey through my blog and give the full information that you need for moving to Spain to my opinion. This will be a series of How to move to Spain with different subjects for every article.

How to prepare, budget wise.
What is important to know is where you want to live in Spain. If you know that, you will know what kind of budget you’ll need to find a house or apartment. Also you can found out how difficult it is to find an apartment, a job, an accommodation etc. Just to be prepared time wise.
It is very important to have the right budget for the place where you want to live, it can be very difficult to find a job and apartment. You need to be prepared to stay for a longer time than planned at an accommodation or without an income, just in case.
I can’t say enough that the most important thing is that you saved enough before moving. I lot of things can happen while you are in Spain. It isn’t always going as the way you planned, and you need to keep that in mind. I think that this is the most important thing to prepare for moving to Spain. I would also recommend to find out how much you are going to spend on a daily basis. Think at that you’ll probably do things in your new city, to get to know it, see all the sights. Meet new people, for that you’ll probably go out for drinks etc. And also the basis things like food and drinks, body care, groceries etc.
If you know what you will spend on a daily basis, accommodation, apartment or house with a little extra for just in case, I think you can make the perfect budget.
